Steve Mallory brings extensive knowledge of finance, operations, and business management to URA Group AZ. After graduating from the University of Kansas in 1990, Steve moved to Scottsdale, Arizona and has been a Valley resident ever since.

A Series 65 fiduciary, Steve takes the responsibility to do for others as one would do for themselves very seriously. Understanding that the financial aspects of life can be challenging (and sometimes very confusing) inspires him to educate every client and potential client who comes to URA Group AZ about their available choices.

“My job is to educate people about their options and make sure they have a clear understanding of them,” Steve says. “People are very intelligent and will make better decisions when they understand the dynamics of these options. This is my promise to everyone who walks through our door. It gives me great satisfaction when John and I have an opportunity to put together a person’s retirement package and know that we have done the best for that client. When they smile and say thank you, that is why I love my job as much as I do.”

Steve is married to Trish, who has been in the real estate industry in the Valley for over 20 years. They have two kids, Peyton and Keiley, both of whom are in the accounting industry in the San Diego area. He enjoys golfing, working around his house, traveling, and spending time with his family.
